 Do you know the month your parents and grandparents were born? If you do, please help with this RESEARCH SURVEY. We want people to live life to the full. That means getting out, meeting and having fun with others. If you meet regularly with other MS'ers, post meet-ups and generate interest for your events, anything from weekly drinks to pilates, gigs, book clubs or fundraising events. Think about what you might like to organise yourself and let us know what we can do to make it happen.

There are two fully accessible routes of 1K and 3K and a further route of 5K. Starts at 12pm with registration opening at 11am.
